Deposit and Final Payment
To reserve an Abercrombie and Kent tour, a deposit is
required within 7 days of booking. Deposits may be a flat rate per person or a
percentage of the total tour cost, The remaining balance is due 60-120 days
prior to the departure date. Exact deposit amounts and final due dates differ
according to region of travel and type of travel, and can be determined by
using the charts below.

reservation is made after the final payment due date, the entire price of the

Termination of a tour in progress for any reason will not
necessarily result in a refund, and no refund will be made for partially used
portions of air tickets or land arrangements. Cancellation fees may also apply
to any additional services, including accommodations and optional excursions
(extended stays), reserved prior to, during and after the tour and airfare or
airport taxes.

Purchase of the CSA Insurance Plan may reduce or eliminate the
