Deposit and Final Payment
To reserve a Discovery Adventures tour, a non-refundable deposit must be made at the time of booking. Final payment is required 60 to 90 days prior to departure.

If a booking is made 60 days or less before departure (90 days or less for Expedition Tours), the full amount is payable at the time the booking is confirmed. If this balance is not paid at the time the booking is confirmed, Discovery Adventures reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
Cancellations and Refunds
Notice of cancellation must be in writing and acknowledged by Discovery Adventures. If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:

When a tour is cancelled by the Discovery Adventures, the client may choose between a full refund of all monies paid or at Discovery Adventures' option any alternative tour at no extra cost. Discovery Adventures is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc. If the alternative trip chosen is of a lower value than that originally booked, then the client is entitled to a refund of the price difference. If the client is offered a refund but requests an alternative tour of a higher value than that originally booked, then the client must pay the difference in price.
Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday departures; please confirm payment and cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go travel counselor at time of booking. Deposit, payment and cancellation terms may differ for group bookings.
