Deposit and Final Payment
To reserve a Tauck tour, a non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking. Final payment is due 60 days before departure for all tours.

Tauck accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover/Novus.
If payment is not received by the final due date, Tauck reserves the right to cancel the reservation and assess any cancellation fees that apply.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary, with penalties increasing as the departure date approaches. If a cancellation occurs, Tauck will assess the following penalties:

Cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services, including accommodations and optional excursions, reserved prior to, during and after the tour. The above fees apply whether or not a person transfers to another tour departure.
Tour Interruption Fees - Tauck may refund the unused land portion if it exceeds 24 consecutive hours. Such refunds are based upon the number of overnights missed less a fee of $25 per person per day for unused transportation and other fixed expenses. Partial Room Cancellation - A person canceling or leaving a tour while a roommate remains constitutes a cancellation of one type of accommodation and a rebooking (triple to twin or twin to single). The price charged the remaining person(s) is the new, higher price for the new accommodation.
Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday departures; please confirm payment and cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go travel counselor at time of booking. Deposit, payment and cancellation terms may differ for group bookings.
