College Fjord, AK
In scenic Prince William Sound, College Fjord is home to several glaciers named for the East Coast universities that funded the 1899 discovery and exploration of the fjord. Carved by the glaciers, the steep, forested cliffs rise high above the water. Kayaking is popular in this pristine place; keep an eye out for a variety of wildlife.
